AT - Rotary table machine

· One upper mold, two or more lower molds are on the same disc level.

· 180° or 360° rotation, high operational safety, and work efficiency increased by more than 50%.

· The clamping force is 35-650 tons, the injection volume is 1-6000g, and the diameter of the turntable is 0.9-2.2m.

More user-friendly low-profile design

· For equipment above 85 tons, low-profile configuration can be selected, and the clamping cylinder is above the equipment. The work surface can be lowered to 0.8 meters, and the operation is more user-friendly.

· AKPLAS's forged machine column technology replaces traditional welded machine columns. The traditional machine column is easy to break, the forged machine column has the characteristics of high strength and low deformation, and the equipment is guaranteed for 20 years.

· Large-scale turntable machines above 210 tons are equipped with triple protection of safety rods as standard to prevent the protection of operators and machines in case of sudden power failure.

Optional turntable servo system

The design of "direct-drive turntable servo motor" + "integrated turntable outer ring gear" enables the servo motor to transmit the force in time when it starts, and the servo motor transmits the acceleration to the turntable in a more timely manner, so that the drive can be driven with less power. The overall turntable turns quickly.

· Better speed change system "0-99 speed setting". A new generation of AKPLAS servo turntable system, the turntable rotation speed has been upgraded from the original three-speed setting of fast/medium speed/slow speed to a linear adjustable speed of 0-99 to ensure the matching of automated production rhythms.

·Electrical and air pressure jointly control the safety protection gate, and increase the protection function to prevent the falling of the movable mold in the mold opening state, which greatly increases the safety of the person and the mold.

·Double-channel clamping grating guarantees protection and triggering if foreign objects enter the equipment at any time.

·Independent electrical cabinets for high-voltage electrical components and low-voltage electrical components, as well as full-wrapped physical shield protection are optional.
